Gang-mounted circular saw lines cutting interrupted longitudinal slots. Slot width gauged on every joint.

Multi-spindle drilling lines for pipe from 1-1/16 in to 20 in and joints to 45 ft.

Wire wrapping
Keystone wire wrapped and welded to 9-5/8 in and 40 ft, in stainless and high nickel alloys.

Jacket welded to base pipe, end rings fitted, pre-packed dual-jacket screens built in house.

Slot and hole gauging, dimensional control and final inspection under ISO 9001. Records kept per joint.
