Three product lines for sand control in oil, gas and water wells. All three are manufactured in our plant in El Tigre, Venezuela, on our own machines.
Base pipe can be supplied by the customer or sourced by us. Every joint is gauged against the order before it leaves the plant.
Tubería ranurada
Longitudinal slots are cut through the pipe wall with gang-mounted circular saws under coolant. Slot width, length and density follow the completion design, or are replicated from sample joints. Slot width is gauged on every joint.
Tubería perforada
Holes are drilled through the pipe wall on multi-spindle heads to a specified diameter, density and phasing. Perforated pipe is used as wash pipe, as base pipe for wire-wrapped screens and for chemical injection.
Rejillas
A continuous keystone wire is wrapped over longitudinal ribs and welded at every crossing. The slot between turns widens inward, so a particle that passes the surface passes the screen. The slot gauge is set from the formation sieve analysis. The jacket is fitted over perforated base pipe and welded at the ends.
Direct-wrapped screen for the largest open area per foot. Used in stand-alone completions and in high-rate water and gas wells.
Wire, ribs and welds selected for thermal recovery. The slot gauge holds through repeated heating and cooling.
Two concentric jackets with graded, resin-bonded gravel between them. It runs as a screen and filters as a gravel pack, for wells where a downhole gravel pack is not practical.
